• Learning data: course enrollments, progress records, assessment results, and capability verification outcomes.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps collected automatically for platform security and performance.
• Communication data: correspondence you send to us via email or platform messaging.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and administer learning services and capability verification.
• To issue certifications and maintain verifiable competency records.
• To communicate with you about your account, courses, and platform updates.
• To maintain platform security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
• To improve our platform through aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

4. Data Storage and Infrastructure

Your data is stored on infrastructure located in the United States. Our platform operates on Cloudflare's global edge network for performance and security. Data at rest is encrypted.

5. Data Retention

Active account data is retained for the duration of your enrollment. Following account closure or completion of all enrolled courses, we retain records for seven years to comply with applicable regulatory requirements. After this period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Cookies

We use essential session cookies required for platform functionality, authentication, and security. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. No personal data is shared with advertisers or marketing platforms.

7. Third Parties

We use Cloudflare for infrastructure, content delivery, and security services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement where required by United States law.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request deletion of your data, subject to our retention obligations.
