1. Provider

The UCCA College platform is operated by U.C.C.A. Inc (Delaware C-Corp, File No. 7824354). By accessing or using ucca.college, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Platform Use

UCCA College is provided for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled learners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content, course materials, or certification outputs without written permission from UCCA. Automated scraping, data harvesting, or systematic access to platform content is prohibited.

3. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. UCCA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform content, capability frameworks, certification schemas, and verification infrastructure are the intellectual property of UCCA and are protected by United States and international copyright law. You retain ownership of any original work you submit to the platform.

5. Certification

UCCA certifications are capability verification records issued through our cryptographic provenance infrastructure. They attest to demonstrated competency against defined capability outcomes. The evidentiary value of a UCCA certification derives from its verifiable, immutable provenance chain — not from regulatory accreditation.

6. Limitation of Liability

During the current development and beta phase, the platform is provided on an "as is" basis. UCCA does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UCCA excludes liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from platform use.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware for any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform.

8. Amendments

UCCA reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days notice via platform email or notification. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
